Their Business History
The team behind the today's HostColor.com have been managing web hosting service providers since 2000. They found a website service provider in Europe in 2000. At the end of the year they divided the business between two separate entities. The European company continued to operate as web design studio, while the U.S. entity has been transformed into a web hosting provider. HostColor.com has been founded on January 5th 2002.
In the beginning of 2001 Host Color started operating from a data center based out of Houston, Texas and owned by RackShack (a company that changed names to EV1Servers, The Planet and which is now Softlayer). At the end of 2002 we have decided that web hosting will be a primary business for Host Color in a long run. This made us to start building their own It Hosting center.
Web hosting is about people, not about websites. This means that when they design their IT Hosting services and products they put theirselves in position of their customers who use them.
